Construction Update: Creemore Condos

The site has been a hive of activity in the past weeks, as major concrete pouring activities bring in multiple trucks each day. Exterior ICF walls have been poured for the majority of the third floor and slab on grade pours for the remainder of the parkade will be completed by the end of March.

Following right behind our concrete trades, the placement of steel studs has been taking place throughout much of the second floor. The steel studs comprise some of the major interior framing that separates hallways and some in-suite rooms.

Elsewhere mechanical, and electrical rough-in work has begun throughout the building.
